What we collect on this website, why, who sees it, and how to ask for it.
Kemeys Brothers Limited (Ray White Kemeys Brothers), 337 Jackson Street, Petone, runs this website. We’re a Ray White franchisee, and Ray White’s privacy policy also covers us. This page explains what happens on this website.
What we collect
- Your appraisal request. Your name, mobile, email, the property’s address, and anything else you choose to tell us. Giving it is up to you, but we can’t arrange an appraisal without a way to reach you.
- How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we keep the details that came with it: the campaign, and the click reference Google or Meta adds to the web address. Your browser keeps them for up to 90 days and sends them with your request.
- How the site is used. Google Analytics shows us which pages are visited and whether a request is sent, using cookies. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To contact you, arrange and prepare your appraisal, and talk to you about selling.
- To learn which of our ads and links lead to appraisals and sales, so we spend on advertising wisely. If you go on to have an appraisal, or list or sell with us, we link those records to your request.

Who sees it
- Our team.
- monday.com, where we keep our record of requests.
- Addy, a New Zealand address service. As you type your address, it’s sent to Addy to suggest matching addresses from the official address records. Addy doesn’t get your name or contact details.
- Google and Meta. To measure our ads, we send them a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone number with the click reference, and later whether the request led to an appraisal, a listing or a sale. They use it to match your request to the ad you clicked. Both store information outside New Zealand.
Seeing and correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you. Contact our privacy officer, Elliot Kemeys, at kemeysbrothers.nz@raywhite.com or on 04 586 2612. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner.
